Answers to Common Questions

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is due at your time of booking in order to secure your desired date. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is 100% refundable up until 30 days before your event.

Do you charge tax?

Yes. Government regulations require that we charge 7% PST.

Do you charge extra for travel expenses?

No. Everything is included in your final price quote, and we travel anywhere on Vancouver Island at no additional charge.

How long do we get your photobooth for?

Our basic package includes a minimum 2 hours of photobooth runtime (this does not include setup and takedown). If you’d like more time, additional hours are billed at $125.00/hr (plus tax).

Is setup and takedown part of the runtime?

No. Setup and takedown are not considered part of the photobooth runtime, and are included in your overall price quote.

How do we get our pictures?

You receive one picture (in just 7 seconds): a 4 x 6 with three poses’ at the time the booth is used, and your guests can use the booth as often as they wish—unlimited use. However, additional copies (Reprints) can be made available at the time the picture is taken for an optional charge

We’ll provide you with a USB at the end of the event that includes all pictures taken throughout the event.

What do you mean by "unlimited pictures?"

Unlimited pictures means that you can take as many pictures as you want for the duration of your event. Every time you take a picture, you are instantly provided with one physical printed copy. Since additional copies of a photo require more film, we provide an option for unlimited reprints at an additional charge.

What do you mean by "unlimited reprints?"

Our basic package provides one physical copy of a photo every time someone gets their picture taken in our photobooth. If a group of 6 people takes a picture together and they all want copies, this would require printing out five additional photos—which adds up to costing a lot in extra film by the end of the night.

This is why we’ve provided the unlimited reprints option, which is an additional $125.00 (plus tax). With this option, you can still take as many pictures as you want, but you can also print as many copies as you’d like of any given picture.

Remember: even if you don’t go with the unlimited reprints option, you will be provided with a USB copy of all of your photos that you can then easily share with guests online.  

Does a digital copy of our photos cost extra?

No. At the end of the event, you’ll be provided with a USB drive copy of all of the photos from the event at no additional charge.

How do You Accept Payment?

Payments can be made by PayPal right off of your emailed invoice or e-Transfer.
